Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Conduct regular network performance monitoring and optimization.
- Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades and expansions.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding network-related concerns.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Computer Network Technician.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and best practices.
- Proficient in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

Preferred Skills:
